Age Restrictions:
All ages are welcome. However, all patrons do need a valid ticket regardless of age.

There will be several price categories to choose from. Making a decision on what you want before hand, will help you on the day.
Ticket Limit:
Strictly 4 per transaction.
VIP General Admission ticket limit is 2 per transaction.
Any transactions that exceed the ticket limit may be cancelled. A number of factors are taken into consideration when identifying such transactions, including but not limited to: account log-in, pre-sale code, credit card details, postal address, email address, purchaser name.

WILD HEARTS ZONE Tickets:
This is a general admission area within the stage.
This area is divided into 2 pits with a very limited capacity. Tickets within this area are limited to 2 tickets per transaction. Tickets can only be collected from the Venue Box Office on the day of the event by presenting valid Photo ID. No exchanges or name changes permitted. Both attendees must present to the box office to be wristbanded.

- Please ensure the contact details you provided at the point of purchase are up to date. These will be the details used to communicate all VIP experience information.
- Check-in location and times will be emailed out by VIP Nation within approximately 7 days prior to show day. If you have not received this 5 days before the show please contact us immediately at info@VIPNation.com.au
- Proof of purchase (confirmation email) will be required in order to check-in and receive your package benefits.
- All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
